Restorative Justice Practitioner
Remedi are recruiting a full time (35 hours) practitioner to individually deliver our Restorative Choices Programme and Changing Thinking Ending Violence Programme to groups of prisoners within HMP Hull. To promote and embed Restorative services and interventions within HMP Hull, through ongoing promotion; by presenting to staff, management and prisoners. To also facilitate Restorative Justice between victims and offenders as required, this may be for cases within the prison or the community. To complete administrative duties, to record and monitor outcomes, referrals etc in order to inform Remedi and Prison management when required.
Location – HMP Hull
Hours – full time 35 hours per week
Salary – £20,280 per annum plus 5% Employer pension contribution

As part of various court orders young people are frequently required to undertake some form of constructive community work – this may include environmental projects, assisting with local charity work, helping various community groups etc.
Remedi reparation supervisors are employed to supervise and work alongside these young people to ensure their safety and compliance with the task in hand.
