The training we provide has developed extensively over recent years to encourage participants to see restorative practice as something they ‘are’ rather than something they ‘do’.
All of our training courses reflect that principle; ‘Being Restorative With…Victims, offenders,families, colleagues, pupils and teachers, whoever.
Our training is modular, with varying levels. This enables practitioners and organisations to design their own professional development plans based on their service users and how they would like to apply restorative approaches.
